Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an office and field-based engineer to join our fantastic team as a senior IT engineer. As a key person within the team, no two days will be the same and you will be involved in a wide variety of projects. This role would suit someone who is looking to make a real difference in their IT role and join a committed and friendly support team.

What will the role entail?
- Liaising with clients and providing remote and on-site support, covering a broad range of issues.
- Ensuring end users are kept informed at all times regarding the status of their requests.
- Completing installations, maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Responding to faults and fixing or replacing equipment where necessary.
- Installing networking equipment.
- Installation and maintenance/testing of Cat 5/6 cabling.
- Hosted VOIP setup and installations, including roll out of phone systems and handsets.
- Keeping company recording systems up-to-date.

What skills and experience will you need?
- Experience with Microsoft offerings, including 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams and MS Office Suite.
- Windows Server/Desktop Administration, software and hardware.
- Experience of Windows and Android devices.
- Experience of Apple products (including understanding of iPad management systems).
- Networking/Routing/Firewall experience.
- Experience of installing hosted VoIP.
- Project experience including network design, implementation and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in similar role.
- A full, clean driving license - you will be required to use your own vehicle, with a mileage allowance.
